From a full inbox to a clear answer
in three steps

No migration, no new email client, no training. Senticly sits alongside the mailbox you already use and makes it answer questions. Here’s exactly what happens.

1

Connect your mailbox

Add your IMAP or POP3 details in Settings — host, port and an app password. Senticly connects over SSL/TLS and syncs your latest emails. Works with Gmail, Outlook/Microsoft 365, Yahoo, iCloud and custom business mailboxes.

Using Gmail or Outlook with two-factor authentication? You’ll generate an app password.

2

Ask anything in plain language

Open the AI Assistant and type a question the way you’d ask a colleague. No folders, no date filters, no search operators. Follow-up questions keep the context of the conversation.

3

Get a cited, grounded answer

Senticly retrieves only the emails relevant to your question with BM25, then answers strictly from them — and links the source messages so you can verify every claim.
