⚠ No Recovery Key — what you should know
Senticly uses AES-256 end-to-end encryption. Your email credentials and cached emails are encrypted with a key derived from your password. That key is never stored on our servers — only you hold it.
This means that without your password or your recovery key, it is mathematically impossible for us — or anyone else — to decrypt your data. We genuinely cannot help you recover it.
What we can do is delete your account and all associated data so you can start fresh.
