By creating a Senticly account or using any part of the Senticly service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
Senticly is an AI-powered email intelligence platform. It allows you to connect your personal or business email account via IMAP or POP3, cache a local copy of your emails, and query them using artificial intelligence in natural language.
Senticly is provided "as is". Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice where possible.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Senticly password and your Recovery Key. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
Critical: Your Recovery Key is shown exactly once, at registration. If you lose both your password and your Recovery Key, your encrypted data cannot be recovered by anyone — including Senticly. Keep your Recovery Key in a safe place.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You may not share your account with others or use automated scripts to access the service.
Senticly uses AES-256-GCM end-to-end encryption. Your email credentials and cached email content are encrypted at rest using a key derived exclusively from your password via PBKDF2-SHA256 (100,000 iterations) with a unique per-user salt.
This encryption model means Senticly cannot comply with requests to produce your email content — because we genuinely do not have it in readable form.
You agree not to use Senticly to:

Senticly offers a free tier and paid plans (Starter, Advanced, Full). Paid plans are currently activated manually following payment via PayPal Goods & Services to paypal.me/senticly.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon deletion, all your data — including encrypted email cache and credentials — is permanently removed from our servers.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment (for paid features), or if required by law.
Senticly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of AI responses, or fitness for a particular purpose.
AI-generated answers are based on your cached emails and may be incomplete or incorrect. Always verify important information from the original source.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senticly's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Senticly in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
