Senticly uses AES-256 end-to-end encryption. Your email credentials and cached emails are encrypted with a key derived from your password. That key is never stored on our servers — only you hold it.

This means that without your password or your recovery key, it is mathematically impossible for us — or anyone else — to decrypt your data. We genuinely cannot help you recover it.

What we can do is delete your account and all associated data so you can start fresh. To request this, open a support ticket or email us at software@stagiservizitecnici.com from the address linked to your account.
